Transport organizations in Serbia are mostly aware of need and importance of aligning of their business with norms and principles which are applied in EU states. Therefore, each research in area which is not sufficiently explored can be concerned as important for development of integration practices of SMS in transport organizations in Serbia. The paper presents a ethodology for assesment of SMS/IMS effects on transport organizations performances
